baji 9 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji 9 platform and all services connected to it. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to baji 9's website, mobile application and other digital channels. "User" refers to any person who accesses, browses or creates an account on the Platform.

These Terms have been prepared for Bangladeshi users, and the original version written in Bengali shall be considered legally binding. By starting to use the site, the user is automatically deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

baji 9 reserves the right to change, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are published will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on baji 9, the user must provide accurate and complete information. It is mandatory to fill in everything requested on the registration form truthfully. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual or household is permitted to hold only one active account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details completely confidential. Passwords or OTPs should not be shared with anyone else. If account details fall into a third party's hands or unauthorised access is suspected, baji 9's support team must be notified immediately.

• Account rights are non-transferable.
• Selling, renting or allowing others to use the account is strictly prohibited.
• If the user does not log out themselves, the user is responsible for any activity that occurs during that session.

All gaming and betting services on baji 9 are available only to users aged 21 or above. It is mandatory to provide the correct date of birth at the time of registration.

The Platform may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, a copy of a National ID card (NID), passport or driving licence may be required. If the necessary documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

• Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
• If an account registered with a false age is discovered, it will be closed immediately and all deposited and won funds will be forfeited.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the identity verification process.

4.1 Deposits

baji 9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds deposited into an account may only be used by the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

The withdrawal method should match the user's deposit method. baji 9 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request, and withdrawals for accounts under investigation may be temporarily suspended.

• KYC verification on the account must be complete before making a withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• For suspicious transactions, supporting documents may be requested.

baji 9 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳2,000 and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times, meaning ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Returns from bets placed using bonus funds will count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• baji 9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• For other offers related to bonus cashback or reloads, the specific terms of the relevant promotion apply.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet accepted on baji 9 is considered final once confirmed. However, baji 9 reserves the right to cancel a bet in cases of technical error, data feed issues or clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Approved Sports and Events

baji 9 allows betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, boxing and other designated sports. Separate rules may apply for each event, which should be read carefully before placing a bet.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Direct or indirect involvement in match fixing or manipulating results.
• Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems.
• Systematically exploiting odds vulnerabilities to make a profit (arbitrage betting).
• Hacking an account or placing bets from a third party's account.
• Any technical interference that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant funds will be forfeited.

baji 9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person.
• Evidence that the user is below the age limit.
• Use of an unauthorised payment method.

If a user has an objection regarding a suspended account, they may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

baji 9 is committed to protecting users' personal data. The site uses SSL encryption to keep transactions and personal information secure. Details of how we collect, store and use data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

A user's identity or financial information is not sold or shared with any third party, though information may be provided to the relevant authorities when legally required.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, only that part will be removed; the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
